imed at students in grades 7–12, the Creative Teens Theatre program invites students to learn and develop their actingand storytelling skills as they create new work based on themes and stories that they are passionate about.Students will learn a variety of drama techniques and styles, such as acting, character creation, comedy, physicaltheatre, scriptwriting, movement, and more. This year's program is using a hybrid model of both in-person and onlineclasses: Sunday classes will take place at the BMO Theatre Centre, while Wednesday night classes will take place over
18Zoom. The class will work as an ensemble to create and shape the program's final showcase—an original show writtenand performed by the cohort on the Newmont Stage at the BMO Theatre Centre!Theatre experience is not required, but students are expected to commit to sharing ideas and working as a team to achieve their vision.
